Infants
Our youngest student care begins in the Infant Room beginning at six weeks of age. Our infant teachers are committed to loving and nurturing these little ones with lots of time and attention! Infants will be involved with daily “floor time” for exercise and to encourage developmentally appropriate movement such as crawling, sitting up, standing, and the beginning efforts of walking. Infants are held, spoken to, and given the opportunity to play with other babies their age. The “Baby Can Read” program is first used in our infant classroom. With the attentiveness of our caring teachers, your little one will soon grow into a happy toddler!
Toddlers
Our toddlers enjoy a fun filled day of music, games, indoor/outdoor play, and the “Baby Can Read” program. Activities are designed to enhance toddler's socialization skills as they interact with others.
Honeycomb teachers promote language skills through introducing vocabulary, singing, reciting rhymes, and reading daily. Now that your toddler is “So Big”, he/she can enjoy breakfast, lunch, and snacks at Honeycomb. Outside play is a new part of your toddler's day at Honeycomb where they enjoy swings, push toys, and riding toys. |
